Natgraph’s success built with experience and knowledge
For over 17 years, Daniel has been an integral part of Natgraph’s success story.
His journey began in our fabrication workshop, where he honed his skills as a welder, mastering SMAW (‘stick’), GMAW (‘MIG’), GTAW (‘TIG’), FCAW and plasma arc welding.
Today, while still lending his welding expertise when needed, Daniel primarily focuses on the equally critical role of mechanical fitting and sub-assembly building.
In the images, Daniel is diligently building one of five high-temperature 300°C hot air modules destined for a close, long-established North American customer, who supplies advanced screen printing machines for use in printed electronics, automotive and medical device industries.
The five heated modules are part of a larger, sophisticated conveyor solution, also featuring a cooling module, extension module, inlet wing and outlet wing, demonstrating Natgraph’s commitment to delivering comprehensive and tailored engineering solutions.
