Modules Integrated Into Industrial Screen Printing Machines for Producing Medical Technologies

Industrial screen printing manufacturers integrate drying and curing modules into their machines for a multitude of sectors and applications globally

Carl, one of Natgraph’s experienced Mechanical Engineers, plays a key role in building the essential raising hoods for our drying, curing, and chilling modules.

Currently, Carl is working on multiple drying and chilling modules in production for a well-established customer known for manufacturing industrial screen-printing machines. These modules are ultimately destined for a leading global medical technology company.

The hoods are fully insulated and engineered to provide uniform air distribution across the entire conveyor belt area. This ensures consistent, repeatable results, supporting specific processes that may involve ultraviolet, infrared, or heating and cooling elements tailored for diverse products and components.

In total, five modules are in production: one for the ultraviolet process, three designed to deliver precise heat, and one refrigerated module for the cooling phase of the process, along with the inlet wing. Our modular system allows us to offer customizable drying and curing solutions suitable for a broad range of applications.
