Ultra-Violet Dryer Dispatched.  

Just before the Christmas break, the team finished and dispatched this free standing ultra-violet dryer module for our well-established customer, renowned for manufacturing and supplying first class industrial printing machines globally.

The dryer module is equipped with a 1.5m drop down section for easy access, a 1m inlet extension, 0.5m outlet wing and is completed with a 2m ultraviolet/ cooler module.

Within the 1m inlet extension an LED bridge has been created for a shorter curing width. Our LED curing systems have benefits in certain scenarios, such as energy-saving features.

The LED head can be switched on and off quickly with no cool-down time, so there’s no standby power operation necessary. Also, there’s lower impact temperatures on substrates due to the minimal infra-red generated by the LED.

This dryer module is ultimately destined for a leading global medical technology company.
