As Natgraph approaches the end of the current financial year, which will deliver close to 100% growth, we are continuing to develop our factory.
We have just completed the installation of a new oven in the paint shop. This reorganisation in our assembly hall means that we now have the space to undertake final assembly and test on two units at the same time.
Planning for 2018/19 is almost complete and will deliver new milestones for sales that will continue to challenge the factory.
These investments, a real push on 5S, ongoing training and the improvements in flow through the factory, will position our Operations team to meet that challenge.
