Managing a Busy Production Schedule
Our Production manager, Lee has been a part of Natgraph now for almost 18 months.
Lee’s previous role as an operations manager for a leading Japanese multinational automotive manufacturer paved the way for a well-appointed move to the team, playing a crucial role in overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality and timely delivery of our specialised UV and IR drying and curing modules and ancillary equipment.
Responsible for multiple projects from design through to manufacture, delivering a range of products from both our Air Force Dryer Series and Air Force Web Series.
With several active projects for custom integrations into web lines, one of our Air Force Web Series systems was specifically developed for printed electronics and will be showcased by our high-end customer as part of a full production line being at LOPEC 2025.
His role requires him to apply all his acquired leadership and workforce management skills as he oversees our highly skilled technicians, operators and technically experienced production workforce here at Natgraph.
Planning production based on order volumes, customer specifications and lead times for efficient workflows, so he can develop, share and coordinate production schedules accordingly.
The role is multifaceted, coordinating with all departments, including sales, engineering, R&D and manufacturing teams to streamline the transition from design to production, logistics, installation and servicing teams.
He remains customer focussed whilst managing the manufacturing process efficiency, and compliance with health, safety and environmental compliance.
