Screen and Offset Print Press Drying, Curing and Sheet Stacker Systems – Install, Commission and Training

Our experienced and talented installation and servicing engineers working on print drying and curing systems for a globally renowned manufacturer of screen and offset printing presses.

UV Drying Modules and Automatic Sheet Stackers

Here we have Miren, one of our experienced and talented installation and servicing engineers who enjoys the mixture of working at our UK headquarters in Nottinghamshire, but especially likes travelling the world to our customer locations.

Having progressed through Natgraph in a variety of engineering roles from mechanical, electrical and final assembly, acquiring skills and disciplines has enabled Miren to become extremely accomplished with installing our systems and then train our customers with how to use the advanced drying, curing, cooling and stacker modules.

He’s currently assisting with producing seven freestanding ultraviolet drying modules and four automatic sheet stackers for our long-established and close partner, who are globally renowned for manufacturing their state-of-the-art screen and offset printing presses.

Natgraph’s freestanding ultraviolet drying modules bring significant benefits when used alongside screen and offset printing presses. UV curing dries inks, coatings and adhesives instantly when exposed to UV light. This eliminates the need for extended drying periods, improving production efficiency and reducing bottlenecks in the printing workflow.

Ultraviolet curing also enables the use of specialty inks, coatings and finishes, such as high-gloss, matt, textured, or metallic effects, adding creative possibilities to print projects. Natgraph’s ultraviolet curing modules are energy-efficient as they operate quickly and target only the areas requiring drying.

Also, by integrating our UV modules with our automatic sheet stackers, print shops can improve efficiency, maintain high-quality standards whilst supporting higher production volumes, reducing the need for operators to manually interact with heavy or fast-moving stacks, enhancing workplace safety and reducing the risk of accidents.
